installing application software.  Among them: communication and word
processing programs for the IBM personal computer.

Hardware Configuration:  Upgrading RAM memory and installing various types
of computer hardware including hard drives and CD ROM.

Data Base Knowledge: Familiar with Word, Excel, Publisher, and other popular
software programs operating in windows 95/98.
